1. Security Bond:

Each booking requires a security bond payment, the amount of which varies based on the selected bus. The bond will be refunded to your nominated account post-trip if the bus remains clean, tidy, and undamaged. Allow 2-7 business days for the refund, subject to your bank’s billing cycle.

2. Payment Methods:

Choose from various payment options: • Pay cash to the driver on the pickup day. • Pay via internet banking or bank deposit at least 4 days before the trip. • Pay via invoice using Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.

3. Booking Fee:

A 3% booking fee applies to online and invoiced payments.

4. Confirmation:

Upon receiving your bond or full payment, an email confirmation with remittance will be sent. Verify the details to eliminate any issues on the day. Reach out immediately if any information needs rectification.

5. Correspondence:

Email and text correspondence with our team acts as a legally binding contract.

6. Personal Information:

Customer data collected via our booking system is securely stored in the XERO invoicing database.

7. Booking Errors:

We’re not liable for errors made via the online booking system. Verify all information before payment.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Bond payments are non-refundable upon cancellation. Cancel 24 hours before the trip to incur a 50% charge.

9. Text Message Notification:

Contact us if you don’t receive a confirmation text with driver details by 8pm the day before the booking.

10. Late Arrival:

Be ready 15-30 minutes before pickup time. Failure to be ready may result in the driver leaving without refund.

11. Bus Breakdown:

We aim to provide a replacement bus within 2-4 hours in case of breakdown. If not possible, a refund for that trip will be issued, excluding additional costs.

12. Unforeseeable Circumstances:

We’re not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed services due to uncontrollable events.

13. Traffic Delays:

Traffic delays due to accidents, roadwork, or peak traffic hours are beyond our control. Consider travel time and plan accordingly.

14. Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited on our buses, as per state laws.

15. Beverages:

Responsible drinking is permitted on the bus. Passengers must be over 18 and have valid ID. Glass containers are prohibited.

16. Food:

Food or snacks are not allowed on the bus.

17. Safety:

Passengers travel at their own risk, wearing seatbelts at all times.

18. Damage Excess Fee:

Passengers causing damage are liable for repair costs, with damage excess fees ranging from $300 to $1000.

19. Fighting and Vandalism:

Disruptive or unruly behavior will result in eviction and termination of the trip. No refund will be provided.

20. Property:

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Lost items will be stored at our depot for collection.

21. Photos and Videos:

Photos taken by drivers are for advertising purposes. In emergency cases involving law enforcement, photos/videos may be used as evidence.
